Service Agreement
|
|
Best in Town Service Offering, includes all travel, labor, replacement parts, technical support, emergency service,
as well as, annual preventive maintenance. All invoices are due net 10 days and are considered delinquent thereafter;
subject to a finance charge of 10% per month. It is further agreed that the Best in Town shall retain all rights and
due to any equipment, parts and materials provided and repaired equipment shall be held as collateral in of full
payment of any incurred charges. Any work performed under manufacturer warranty, that is not paid by the
manufacturer will be the Buyer’s responsibility. Buyer also agrees to pay all costs of collection including
attorney’s fees and waives any right of exemption under the laws of the State of Tennessee, Davidson County. A charge of
10% per month will apply on any overdue indebtedness from the date payment was due plus reasonable attorney’s fees, court
costs and expense. The customer(hereinafter “Buyer”) personally guarantees, unconditionally. (I) the prompt payment of any charges
now or hereafter owed to Best in Town by Buyer, contract or other arrangements between Buyer and Best in Town. And (II)
all costs of collection and reasonable attorney’s fees. The individual signing herein is guarantor.
